Our Year 4 children showed fantastic effort and creativity while designing and making their own wooden board games. They carefully planned their ideas from start to finish, thinking about rules, layout, and how players would interact with the game. Working with focus and determination, they measured, cut, and assembled the wooden pieces, taking pride in producing something sturdy and well made. The children also tested their games thoroughly, playing them with classmates and making improvements based on feedback. This process helped them develop teamwork, problem-solving skills, and resilience, and the final games were a wonderful reflection of their hard work and imagination.
